Pursuant to FHSAA regulations, the host school of each District Tournament championship game/match and each Regional Tournament game/match in the sports of Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Softball and Volleyball is required to report to the FHSAA Office by
9 a.m. ET on the following morning the final score of the game or match hosted as well as the updated win-loss record of both competing teams. Additionally, each school that will host a game or match in the immediate next round of the FHSAA State Series is required to report to the FHSAA Office by 9 a.m. ET on morning following the previous game the arrangements (i.e. site and time) for that next round game or match.
Double check and triple check the accuracy of the results/arrangements you report. Make certain you do not inadvertently reverse the winning and losing teams.
The scores/arrangements reported to the FHSAA Office will be used to update the official State Series brackets on the FHSAA web site (www.fhsaa.org), as well as to make assignments of contest officials.
